Midterm — weeks 1–4, non-cumulative

Units
The badge on each unit is how much of it we have checked against the assigned textbook — ✓ verified, ◑ partly, ○ not yet, ! two sources disagree. It is not your progress; that is the bar underneath.
Every concept in this unit has been checked against the assigned chapter, and no source disagreements are open.
Every one of the 25 topics is backed by the assigned chapters, which the reader has pasted in full for chapters 1–4 and 6–10. Where a card uses her slides or the webinar it says so.
The percentage is how much has been LOOKED UP, not how much is correct. To check a single card, open its badge — it names the chapter or slide behind that card.
✓Every concept in this unit has been checked against the assigned chapter, and no source disagreements are open.
All ten assigned chapters are in the folder, plus chapter 40 which the course does not assign. Eighteen of the nineteen cards are textbook-backed; Beta Blockers is not, because Lehne covers that class in chapter 16, which this course does not assign — that card is built from her deck and says so on its face.
The percentage is how much has been LOOKED UP, not how much is correct. To check a single card, open its badge — it names the chapter or slide behind that card.
✓Every concept in this unit has been checked against the assigned chapter, and no source disagreements are open.
Both assigned chapters are in the folder in full, and all seven cards are backed by them. The smallest unit in the guide and the best covered per topic.
The percentage is how much has been LOOKED UP, not how much is correct. To check a single card, open its badge — it names the chapter or slide behind that card.
✓Every concept in this unit has been checked against the assigned chapter, and no source disagreements are open.
All five assigned chapters are in the folder and every card is backed by them. This is the only unit with NO deck and NO usable webinar — week 4's PowerPoint was never uploaded, and the recording in that folder is a different course's board-prep session. So these cards rest on the textbook and the course module alone.
The percentage is how much has been LOOKED UP, not how much is correct. To check a single card, open its badge — it names the chapter or slide behind that card.

How to use this guide
This guide is being written. Units fill in one at a time; an empty unit is one nobody has drafted yet, not one with nothing on the exam.
Three passes, not one:
For every drug, keep asking: what does it do → why would you reach for it → what goes wrong. Your course leader's own advice is that the exam is at the application level, so memorising the list is not enough.
Sources: the school's own midterm study guide (topics only — it lists what is examinable, never what is true), Lehne's Pharmacotherapeutics for Advanced Practice Nurses 3rd ed. chapters 1–10, 24, 35, 36–39, 41–46 and 59–63, the course's own weekly modules, and the instructor's Clinical Reasoning webinars. Every card says which of those backs it.
